弊社は現在急成長しており、新製品の設計や開発を行うソフトウェア開発チームを統率する、ソフトウェア開発チームリーダー / プロジェクトマネージャーの経験者を募集しております。あなたのソフトウェア開発の経験、またリーダーシップ能力を活かし、ソフトウェア開発サイクルの全ての段階を通してプロジェクトを動かしてみませんか。仕事内容は能力により、顧客対応のプロジェクトマネージャーやシステム構築設計の共同作業、またコード書込、そして後輩開発者への教育などがあります。

必要スキル・経験:

• 5年以上のソフトウェア設計、開発経験
• 4－8人（またはそれ以上）の開発者グループを統率したプロジェクトマネージャー経験
• 日本語、英語両言語でプロジェクトマネージャーとして働くことができる確実な能力（日本語は顧客との主な使用言語となり、英語は弊社内での主な使用言語となります。）

優遇スキル・経験:

• 人々を管理、統率できる確実な能力
• C#、またはWPF/Silverlight 開発経験
• BC, MM, SD, PP または FIのようなモジュールのSAPスキル
コミュニケーション＆対人関係スキル:

• 指示を理解し、説明を自ら求められるしっかりとした能力のある方
• はっきりとした正確なメール、書類、プレゼンテーションを作成するしっかりとした能力のある方 • 現状の作業内容や進行状況などを取引先へ提示することが可能な能力のお持ちの方 • 日常的に批判を受け止めることができ、信用される能力のある方 (お互いを信用しあえる関係であることがチームワークの基本だと考えているため) • 仲間を信頼し、建設的なフィードバックを行える能力のある方

Vigience is growing fast and we are currently looking for an experienced Software Development Team Lead / Project Manager to lead a group of software engineers in the development and design of new products. Leveraging your strong software development experience as well as your team leadership experience you will help drive the project through all the phases of the software development life cycle. Depending on the skill-set, tasks range from customer-facing project manager to collaborating on system architecture design to writing code to providing guidance to junior engineers.

Required Skills / Experience:

• 5+ years software design and development experience
• Project management experience leading development teams of 4-8 developers (or more)
• Proven ability to work as project manager both in Japanese and English (Japanese being the main customer language, English being the company internal language)

Preferred Skills / Experience:

• Proven people management skills
• C# or WPF/Silverlight development experience
• SAP skills in modules such as BC, MM, SD, PP or FI
Communication & Interpersonal Skills:

• Demonstrated ability to understand instructions and independently ask for clarifications
• Demonstrated ability to compose clear and concise emails, documentation and presentations
• Ability to present work results at customer site
• Ability to accept criticism and be held accountable on a daily basis

• Ability to hold colleagues accountable and provide constructive feedback
